Return&Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 3 days of receiving the order.

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original condition will not be accepted for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, including:

  • Opened or used beauty and skincare products.

  • Items purchased on clearance or as part of a promotional sale.

  • Gift cards and personalized items.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info@dawnbella.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our customer support team will guide you on the return process.

  3. Once the return is approved, you will need to ship the item back to our designated return address.

  4. After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund.

Note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or defective.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 2-3 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

  • If you paid via credit/debit card, the refund may take additional processing time depending on your bank.

  • If you opted for cash on delivery (COD), we will issue store credit or a bank transfer.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement. If the order has already been processed, cancellation is not possible.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at info@dawnbella.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photos of the item and packaging for verification. We will offer a replacement or full refund in such cases.
